I finally have my own bookstore!
Granted, it’s not a cozy little shop with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and a resident cat (yet), but it’s the next best thing: a brand-new online store where you can grab my books directly from me.
Why the change from the old site?
It was time for a makeover. And I wanted to give you, dear reader, the choice to buy directly from me rather than from a retailer. Not that I don't love the retailers, but selling directly means I can offer you all sorts of cool perks the retailers don't generally stock: like special signed paperbacks, exclusive discounts, and special bundles (all of which I'm planning to have in future). And it sets up a direct conversation between author and reader, like we're doing now!
More importantly, buying from an author’s store means more of your money actually goes to the person writing the books. Retailers take a big cut, which I understand, but when you purchase directly from me, I have just that little extra ability to write more.
What can you find here?
Right now, the store is mostly filled with paperbacks—and let’s be honest, nothing beats holding a real book in your hands. But I’ll be adding more formats in the future.
